1. Acceptance of these Terms

By installing, purchasing, activating, or using Pixverse Downloader, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or extension. If you use the extension on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. What the product does

Pixverse Downloader is a Chrome extension designed to help users download media that is displayed in their Pixverse.ai account experience. The extension runs on app.pixverse.ai, adds download and batch-download controls to supported media cards, and verifies paid licenses through our license service.

Pixverse Downloader is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Pixverse.ai. Pixverse.ai may change its website or technical behavior at any time, which may affect extension functionality.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure your use of Pixverse Downloader is lawful and consistent with any terms that apply to the content, accounts, websites, or services you access. Only download media that you own, created, are authorized to use, or otherwise have a legal right to save. You must not use the extension to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, violate privacy rights, or misuse Pixverse.ai or any third-party service.

4. License and permitted use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pixverse Downloader for personal or internal business use. A purchased license key may be activated on up to 5 devices unless we state otherwise in writing.

You may not resell, share, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the extension except where applicable law expressly allows it. We may deactivate license keys that are shared publicly, obtained fraudulently, used to abuse the service, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Purchases, payments, and refunds

Payments are processed by Gumroad or another third-party payment provider presented at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Prices, taxes, promotions, and availability may change before purchase.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for the initial purchase. To request a refund, email freeourdays@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include enough information to identify the order. Refunds may be refused for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

6. Updates and availability

We may release updates, fixes, or compatibility changes from time to time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website, extension, license service, or support channels. We try to keep the product useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility with Pixverse.ai, Chrome, or other third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

Pixverse Downloader, including its software, website, text, visual design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the product or any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Pixverse Downloader, you acknowledge the data practices described there.

9. No warranties

Pixverse Downloader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and compatibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, content disputes, account issues, or third-party service changes. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pixverse Downloader will not exceed the amount you paid for the product during the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the product, our practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Pixverse Downloader after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
